CAReer is aimed at applicants who have achieved excellent results in their studies. We also expect some post-qualification experience, ideally at international level, along with an obvious willingness to take on management and project responsibility early on in your career
A solid university degree (Master's or equivalent), or a Bachelor's degree plus professional experience of least 18 months are essential, along with excellent English language skills. You should also be competent in the local language of the location where you are planning to join. And if you speak any other languages, so much the better!
In addition to your professional skills you also need to convince us with your personality. We expect a bold and independent mindset, curiosity and a desire for change, openness and the highest possible standards of integrity, a willingness to work globally and cross-culturally and a pragmatic and organized approach to work. And finally, a high level of motivation to take on, and enjoy, management responsibility.
The CAReer application process
We recruit for CAReer at a global level. The selection process is fair and transparent: The demanding minimum criteria are standardized and apply worldwide. All applicants for a position go through the same steps of the selection process.
The process does reflect cultural and regional differences: Trainees enter the program in a local role in the department and at the location at which they will be starting their career.

That is why we have a multi-step application process, at the end of which you'll know precisely what you can – and want to – achieve with us.
The CAReer program has several start dates every year. The relevant calls for applications are posted online. Depending on your specialist background, you can apply for various programs and roles. And if you don't pass the online test or assessment center stage, you can re-apply to CAReer after one year. And you can apply for a direct-entry position at any time.
